Noritoshi Hirakawa’s Beyond the sunbeam through trees in Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media (YCAM)

NY-based Japanese Artist Noritoshi Hirakawa is in collaboration with Japanese Dancer Yoko Ando in The Forsythe Company in Frankfult and German Musician Michael Rother for his solo exhibition in YCAM including a new multi-media video installation titled Beyond the sunbeam through trees. Tomo Suzuki Japan (TSJ) is co-organizing its exhibition tour  in Japan, and also producing an art performance in Tokyo.

William Eggleston: Photographer, a short documentary on American Photographer William Eggleston directed by Reiner Holzemer, is distributed to Japan by Tomo Suzuki Japan (TSJ).  During the exhibition titled William Eggleston: Paris – Kyoto in Hara Museum of Contemporary Art in Tokyo, TSJ demonstrated Japanese subtitled version of the film.  Now, TSJ is selling its DVD in the market of Japan.

Lawrence Weiner’s Water in Milk Exits

Water in Milk Exits, a short film directed by American Conceptual Artist  Lawrence Weiner, was premiere screened in Tokyo by Tomo Suzuki Japan (TSJ).  Then, TSJ got 15 copies of its DVD, originally released by Swiss Institute in NY, with the autographs by Director Lawrence Weiner and Producer Noritoshi Hirawaka.  Now, TSJ is exclusively selling 15 limited copies of the disk – the price is JPY20,000.
